Royal Atlantis is the maiden project of KP Prime Assets Pvt. Ltd. who are land owners of this project. KP Prime Assets Private Limited is hundred percent owned by Mr. Anand Poddar and his family. Anand draws inspiration from his father Mr. Shyam Sundar Poddar and his belief in Lord Jagannath. His family has immense faith in Lord Jagannath and wanted the first real estate project to happen in Puri.
